Fertilizer Granulation Project with 2T Production in Inner Mongolia

After careful planning and equipment selection, the 2T fertilizer granulation project in Inner Mongolia was finally determined to adopt ZK60 vertical wet crusher, ZKZL22 pair roller granulator and Φ 1*3 drum screen and other equipment.

In the early stage of the project, the customer has strict requirements on the grain size, that is, to reach the standard of 3mm. In order to meet this demand, we have carried out experiments in the factory and obtained satisfactory grain size results. Working principle

01. Vertical Crusher:
Vertical pulverizer is one of the most common crushing equipment used in the compound fertilizer industry. The equipment adopts high-strength wear-resistant hard alloy chain with synchronous speed in the crushing process, which is suitable for the crushing of raw materials and returned materials. Especially for materials with high moisture content, it has strong adaptability, is not easy to block, and blanking is smooth. The material enters from the feed port and collides with the high-speed rotating chain in the casing. After the impact, the material is squeezed and broken, then collides with the hammer after hitting the inner wall of the casing to counterattack, thus changing into powder or particles below 3mm after several impacts during the falling process and discharging from the lower part.

02. Roller granulator:
The roller granulator adopts the principle of physical extrusion to process the powder material into the required shape particles. Its working principle is: the belt and pulley are driven by the motor, transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer, and through the split gear and The passive shaft is synchronized and works in opposite direction. The materials are added from the feeding Hopper, extruded by the pair of rollers, demoulded and pelletized, and then fall into the crushing chamber. At the same time, a pair of chains driven by the transmission shaft drives the rotation of two Mace to separate the extruded particles but mutually adhered. Finally, the finished particles and powder are screened from the lower screen hole. The subsequent screening machine separates the particle materials and the returned powder. The belt conveyor is used to mix the returned materials with new materials, the granulation was performed again. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, mass production is realized.

03. Drum type sieving machine:

Drum screening machine is a common equipment in fertilizer production, which is mainly used for the separation of finished products and returned materials, and can also realize the classification of products, so that the products are evenly classified. Drum screen is composed of drum, frame, funnel, reducer, motor and other five parts. After the material enters the drum from the feed port, on the one hand, it is screened with the rotation of the drum. On the other hand, the material with large particle size flows forward along the slope of the drum and is gradually screened out through the screens with different apertures. After the material is screened out, it falls into the respective funnel and then is conveyed to the finished product area manually or by belt. The machine adopts a combined screen, which is easy to repair and replace. Its structure is simple, easy to operate and stable. It is an ideal equipment for fertilizer screening and grading.
