Shaanxi Pilot Base 30t/d Flotation Line Project

I. Project Overview:

This project is located in Shaanxi, China, and the product name is 30t/d flotation pilot line. The scope of supply includes the following equipment:

1. Overflow ball mill: key equipment used to grind ore to a particle size suitable for subsequent flotation.

2. Flotation mixing barrel: to ensure that the pulp and reagent are fully mixed evenly before flotation.

3. Flotation machine: specially designed for 30t/d copper lead zinc flotation, covering copper, lead, zinc ore multiple roughing, sweeping and selection process.

4. Cyclone group: responsible for classifying and concentrating pulp to improve flotation efficiency.

5. Vibrating feeder: to ensure that the raw materials are evenly fed into the ball mill or related processing equipment.

II. Design Basis:

The Flotation machine is designed to meet the needs of processing copper-lead-zinc ore, and has the flexibility to adapt to different mineral processing such as gold ore, fluorite ore and tungsten ore.

III. Scope of Services:

Including equipment manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning, to ensure the smooth operation of the production line according to the design requirements.

IV. Precautions:

The design needs to take into account the physical and chemical properties of different minerals to ensure the versatility and flexibility of the equipment. For non-major minerals, such as gold, fluorite and tungsten, the impact on existing equipment needs to be assessed and necessary adjustments made. At the same time, the design should be reserved for scalability to cope with possible future changes in demand.
