I. Purpose

II. Working Principle
The Flotation machine is to suck the slurry in the mixing tank, by means of the centrifugal effect of the impeller rotation in the lower part of the tank (the structure of the stator and the impeller is similar to the centrifugal pump). On the one hand, the slurry is fully stirred, on the other hand, a large amount of air is sucked from the suction pipe, and the air is broken into small bubbles. Under the action of the reagent, the useful mineral particles adhere to the surface of the bubble and float to the surface of the slurry, forming a mineralized foam layer, which is scraped out of the flotation tank by the scraper and falls into the chute, while the tailings are discharged through the tail discharge pipe.
III. Structure Composition
1 Trough
The Flotation machine is horizontally arranged and divided into multiple tank areas. Each group of flotation machines should be pre-installed before leaving the factory, and can be shipped as a unit and assembled on site. There is a rubber gasket seal between the multi-groove area.
2 Impeller part
The impeller part is the core of the flotation machine, it can be completed at the same time suction pulp, suction, so that the air and pulp mixed, as well as to maintain the slurry is suspended. The axial and radial clearance between the impeller and the stator directly affects the suction, suction and power consumption of the flotation machine.
After the Flotation machine runs for a period of time, the impeller and the stator edge will gradually wear, which will cause the suction volume to drop, the working condition will deteriorate, and it needs to be replaced in time. After the Flotation machine adopts rubber-lined impeller and rubber-lined stator, the service life of the impeller and stator is prolonged and the flotation conditions are improved.
There is an oil Cup at the upper and lower conical bearings of the impeller, and butter is injected once a week.
3 Pulp water level adjuster
This machine adopts the method of controlling the flow of ore slurry to control the height of the liquid level of each tank. Rotating the hand wheel of the slurry level regulator can change the relative position of the Ram and the feeding pipe, thus changing the flow area of the feeding pipe and achieving the purpose of controlling the liquid level. The liquid level of Flotation machine is an important parameter affecting the flotation effect.
4 Slurry Level Blocker
According to process requirements, installed between different tanks. The liquid level between the tanks can be prevented from circulating to meet the process requirements.
