FRANCE DIOLOMITE GRINDING AND GRANULES PROJECT

Project Introduction:

CCM-SA is a French engineering consultingand installation company whose project in Mali, Africa requires dolomitemilling, granulating and packaging production lines. Customers demand aproduction rate of 15-20 tons per hour, ultimately requiring 5 mm pellets.

Project Description:

 After receiving the customer enquiry, through communication andcontact with the customer for many times to make clear the detailedrequirements of the customer: the raw material for the granularity of 50 mmdolomite production demands 15-20 tons per hour particulate matter emissionconcentration requirements of 30 mg. The package is 50 kg per bag. Theequipment process is that the dolomite first passes through the impact crusher,the ball mill grinds until 200 mesh, and then the pot type granulating machineis used to mix additives and granulate until 5 mm. Finally, quantitativepackaging machine was installed. According to the process requirements ofcustomers, our technicians provide process flow chart for customers' reference.After checking the process flow chart, the customer proposed the batchingsystem of three silos because the customer had two additives. 

Our technicians modify the process flowchart according to customer requirements. 

After determining the process flow chart,our technical staff will study the equipment configuration and give a quotation.In view of the customer's feeling that the price is too high and exceeds thebudget, our technicians optimize the equipment according to the customer'sexisting investment budget so as to finally meet the customer's requirementsfor the investment budget, so as to achieve customer satisfaction.
