IndonesiaTAL Waste Management Company owns a municipal waste processing plant with processcapacity of 150 tons per day. The plant required several sets of screw conveyorfor ash transportation section. The process capacity is 15 cubic meters perhour. It is bidding equipment. The technical parameters and model selection of screwfeeder have not yet been determined.

Project Description

Afterthe customer disclosed the technical requirements to us, the technicians fromHenan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd (ZK Corp) quickly gave a solutionaccording to the customer's existing production situation. The solutionincludes detailed equipment parameters, shape drawings and layout drawings. Thedetailed proposal and quick reply from ZK Corp had given the customer a veryprofessional first impression.

Afterone week of research, discussion, calculation and 3D layout design with thecustomer's technical staff, the final proposal had been finalized. Meanwhile, ZKCorp’s technician also helped customers solve many other technical problemsduring the production. Finally, the technical parameters such as size, transportationlength, steel material, structure, installation angel and power are determined.Mutual trust had been greatly deepened. At the same time, the equipment technicalparameters with reasonable price submitted by our company were recognized bythe final user side, and finally ZK Corp won the equipment of this biddingsection.

Equipment Parameter:

TheScrew Conveyor is composed of coupling device, inlet/outlet, main shaft unit,hanging units, bearing assembling, chassis and frames. It driven by cycloidalreducer.

Screwblades uses one step molding technology and has excellent abrasion resistanceand tiny errors of pitches.

Top and tail bearing seatssets outside of the shell to make it easy for installation and maintenance,meanwhile, it also prevent the dust enters into bearing. For effectivedust-proof, the packing seal is provided on the seat, and the inside is filledwith graphite, which effectively prevents the dust from overflowing.

HangingBearing: The bearing is mounted in the helix joints to ensure the coaxiality ofeach helix, and bear the weight of the screw and the forces produced by thework. Hanging bearing running reliable, it has compact structure and smallradial dimension, which avoid the material blocking and excessive resistance.
