NFG Company Aluminum Smelter project in Vietnam

一、Project profile

The project is an aluminum smelterproject of a Vietnam company underwritten by EPC of China Nonferrous MetalConstruction Co., LTD.  In the early stage, our company activelyparticipated in and cooperated with relevant design institutes in the designcapital raising work.  After the design of the whole project iscompleted and determined, our company is responsible for providing relevantequipment for the electrolyte treatment workshop of the project. 

二、Project description

The working system of the electrolytetreatment workshop is 2 shifts per day, 6 days per week, 8 hours per shift(effective working time is 6 hours).  The electrolytes are firstbroken by jaw crusher, and then the electrolytes are further broken by impactcrusher.  The electrolyte after fine breaking is then raised by the bucketelevator to the vibrating screen for screening.  Qualified materialsenter the next process, unqualified materials return to impact crusher againbroken, so as to form a crushing closed circuit, so as to ensure that thedischarge particle size all meet the requirements of the workingcondition. 

三、Equipment parameter

The capacity of electrolyte treatmentworkshop is 60 tons per hour. The maximum feed size of jaw crusher PE600x900 is480mm, and the discharge size can be adjusted between 65 and 160mm.  Themaximum feed particle size of impact crusher PF1210 is 350mm, and the dischargeparticle size is set to 25mm.  The screen size of vibrating screen2YK1530 is 20mm and 5mm.  At the same time follow up thecharacteristics of the material, the material design of the screen is stainlesssteel.
