Project information
The end user is a sugarfactory in Bangladesh. The waste residue from its production is rich in calciumcarbonate, and it wants to be recycled and further calcined into active lime.
Technical Solution
Raw materials: waste sludgefrom Sugar plant, with water content of 40%.
2 times visiting to ourfactory for technical and commercial communication, and conducted a three-dayrotary kiln calcination experiment in the ZK pilot rotary kiln test line in May2017. In June, the customer confirmed that the calcined products were OK.
The two parties reached acontract in July 2017. The goods were successfully delivered in March 2018.
