I. Equipment Introduction

The air sweeper of Beijing dry fog Technology Co., Ltd is a ball mill of φ1.2 × 24.m. This product is used for grinding coal gangue and gasification slag. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high grinding efficiency, relatively low energy consumption, long service life, small vibration, low noise, good sealing performance, etc.

II. Working principle

The feeding equipment sends the raw materials into the slip of the feeding device, and the raw materials <150℃ enter into the cylinder silo through the feeding spiral cylinder, and a certain number of grinding bodies are installed in the silo. Due to the rotation of the cylinder, the lining plate takes the grinding body to a certain height, and then uses the impact energy and friction energy when it falls to crush and grind the raw materials. While the raw materials are crushed and grinded, the special induced draft fan absorbs the ground fine powder out of the mill and enters the next process through the discharging device of the mill.
