The ZK1860 circular vibrating screen is a 3-layer screen (i.e., three layers of screen mesh, capable of separating four particle size fractions). It is a linear/circular motion vibrating screen commonly used for material classification in industries such as mining, coal, building materials, and metallurgy.
The motor drives the eccentric blocks of the vibrator to rotate, generating centrifugal inertial force that causes the screen box to move in a circular or approximately circular vibration. The material is thrown up and conveyed forward on the inclined screen surface, while being layered and passing through the screen apertures according to particle size. The three layers of screen mesh sequentially complete the classification of different particle size fractions, ultimately producing four products.
