Dolomite Mill can be used to grind and process variety kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness less than 7 and humidity less than 6% such as dolomite, limestone, gypsum, barite, carbonate calcium, etc, in mining, construction, chemical industry, etc.

Dolomite Mill is ideal grinding machine to grind and process dolomite, and the fine powder size can be 40 mesh to 325 mesh for industry usage. The powder output size of dolomite mill(Raymond Mill) can be adjusted continuously according to the customers' demand.

01. Dolomite is crushed by jaw crusher or hammer crusher to the size required which is suitable for the Dolomite Mill.
02. Then the crushed dolomite are elevated into a hopper by bucket elevator from which the dolomite is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for dolomite grinding mill. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the dolomite, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.
03. After this, the ground dolomite are carried by the air from the blower into the powder separator (Analyzer Machine) for screening. The fine dolomite powders are blow into the cyclone powder collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products, and the corase dolomite after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The set’s airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.



1. The whole dolomite mill plant (Raymond Mill) is vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From crushing of dolomite to grinding and packing is an independent production system.

2. Compared with other milling plants, its passing ratio achieves 99%, this is what other mill can not reach.

3. Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably.

4. Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. The technics is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant.

5. The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the automaticity is high, no people are needed in the operating room.
