100t/d Comprehensive Hazardous Waste Incineration Project

This project is a 100t/d comprehensive hazardous waste incineration project in Xingxian County, Shanxi Province. The main equipment is the manufacture, installation and commissioning of rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber. The project is mainly used for incineration treatment of comprehensive hazardous waste and flue gas treatment. According to the material characteristics and incineration process requirements of comprehensive hazardous waste, this type of rotary kiln has the characteristics of complete incineration, strong adaptability, high operation rate, low energy consumption, simple operation and maintenance, etc., and can be used in conjunction with the two combustion chamber, which can realize the harmless, reduction and resource treatment of comprehensive hazardous waste.

Main equipment: 1 ø4.2 × 16m rotary kiln and 1 secondary combustion chamber.
Equipment working principle
Solid waste and waste liquid are fed into the kiln through the feeding device. Since the cylinder moves slowly in the inclined state, the waste moves from the high end to the kiln head in the axial direction of the cylinder while rotating with the cylinder. Fuel is injected into the kiln through a burner for combustion. The waste is discharged from the discharge end after drying, pyrolysis, incineration and cooling. Flue gas containing harmful gases such as dioxins enters the second combustion chamber, at the 1100 high temperature, stay for about 2 seconds to completely decompose dioxin and other harmful gases, and then carry out further purification treatment. The top of the secondary combustion chamber is designed with an emergency emission chimney. The chimney leads to the outside. The system is closed during normal operation. However, when the pressure in the incineration system reaches the limit value, the internal high-pressure flue gas can flush the door cover on the chimney and discharge it to the atmosphere to protect the safety of the system, avoid explosion hazard.
