2. Project description:

Haining Lingtong Magnetic Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production and sales of soft magnetic ferrite materials for power transformers. Annual production of all kinds of LH series high permeability ferrite materials and LP series manganese zinc power ferrite materials about 10 thousand tons. Products are widely used in green lighting, communications, computers, household appliances, digital images, new energy, automotive electronics, aerospace and other fields. In 2021, due to the need of improving the quality of production granulation, the disc granulator was replaced. After many granulation tests in Zheng mining machine, the pot granulator could meet the requirements of particle size uniformity and strength. The supply contract was signed in September 2021, and the installation and commissioning of the equipment were completed in the middle of December 2021, which was officially put into production.

3. Solution:

This time, a 3.6*59m zinc oxide rotary kiln is supplied. The project mainly adopts the following solutions to solve the customer's needs:

1) selection of technological process: Raw materials are fed into the kiln through the feeding device. Since the cylinder is slowly rotating in the inclined state, the raw materials move from the kiln tail (high-end) to the kiln head (low-end) in the axial direction while rotating with the cylinder; Fuel is sprayed into the kiln through the burner for combustion, and heat is transmitted to the raw materials in various ways such as radiation, convection and conduction, after roasting the raw materials during the moving process, they are unloaded from the kiln head.

2) Working principle: the working principle of zinc oxide rotary kiln is the whole process and principle of calcining zinc and processing zinc-containing substances. Generally, zinc oxide rotary kiln is used to process zinc-containing filter cake. The zinc in the filter cake mainly exists in the form of zinc ferrite, oxide and sulfate. Under the high temperature of zinc oxide rotary kiln, zinc ferrite reacts with solid carbon and is reduced to metallic zinc. At the same time, the sulfate of zinc, lead and cadmium is also reduced, and the well volatilizes in the form of sulfide and gold flexion. The metal restored and volatilized from the solid phase reoxidizes under the effect of the kiln atmosphere, and finally is mainly produced in the form of oxide.
