Classification and Characteristics Pelleting Equipment

Henan Zhengzhou Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1956. Atpresent, our main granulating equipment is mainly divided into the followingtypes:

1.   Disc-typeball-forming machine It is mainly used in chemical fertilizer, buildingmaterials, metallurgy and other industries. The particle size is generallyΦ3-Φ10mm, which can be continuously fed and discharged. At present, thediameter of the largest disc ball machine manufactured by our company is 5m,and the output can reach 40-45t/h. There are two types of ball forming discs:powered scrapers and unpowered scrapers. When customers are generallyrecommended, less than Φ2.0m are used to form ball discs without powerscrapers, unless the customer has special requirements.

2.   Thepan granulator is currently mainly used in the petroleum proppant industry, andthe particle size is generally 30-140 mesh. At present, the maximum diameter ofthis kind of granulator made by our company is Φ4.2m, and the volume reaches14m3. This kind of granulator generally has stricter requirements for powder,and the fineness of powder is generally above 325 mesh, the finer the powder,The higher the yield.

3.   TheDouble-roller granulator is mainly used for building ceramsite. It belongs toextrusion granulation. The finished product is generally 8-14mm cylindrical. Atpresent, the company's largest production of such granulator is Φ800×700, theoutput reaches 6-8t/h, the structure is simple, the operation and maintenanceare convenient, but the roller skin is a wearing part, and the general replacementcycle is 6 months.

4.   High-efficiencygranulator is mainly used for the introduction of petroleum proppant primersinto balls. At present, the largest diameter manufactured by the company isΦ1.9m, and the volume reaches 1000 liters. Its remarkable feature is that ittakes only 8-10 minutes to granulate each pot.

5.   Rollergranulator is consistent with the application industry of ball-shaped discs. Atpresent, the roller granulator manufactured by our company has a maximumdiameter of Φ3.2×8m and was exported to Brazil. Its structure is similar to thesingle cylinder cooler and dryer. Compared with the ball tray, its ballsmoothness and strength are slightly worse.
