Introduction of Bar-type Vibrating Feeder

Thebar-type vibrating feeder is mainly composed of an excitation source (vibrationmotor), a body, a damping spring, and front and rear brackets.

1.Vibration motor: Vibration motor is a new type of vibrator that integratespower source and vibration source into one. It is highly efficient andenergy-saving, with large excitation force and simple adjustment. It featureswith easy to use and maintenance.

2.Machine body: It is welded by plates and profiles. Its function is to transferthe materials to the crusher through vibration.

3.Vibration damping springs: Metal spiral springs or rubber springs are generallyused. Their function is to generate elastic vibrations of the machine body andreduce the transmission of vibration loads to the foundation or structuralframe.

4. Bracket: It is made of plate welding, and its function is to supportthe body.

Applications:

(1)It is widely used in crushing and screening production lines in mining, crushedstone fields, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mineral processing,coal mine lamp industry.

(2)The gap of the bar can be adjusted, which can separate the soil and finecrushed materials at the same time, which effectively exerts the function ofthe rear crusher; it is used for the uniform feeding and separation of largematerials in front of the crusher, especially suitable for hydropower industryand construction Stone material and ferrous or non-ferrous metals, ore feed andpreliminary screening before coarse breaking.
