2. The working principle of the experimentalball mill:
The material enters the cylinder part through the feeding part and thefeeding part. The grinding medium (steel ball/ceramic ball) in the cylinderpart will generate centrifugal force with the material as the cylinder rotates.When the medium is lifted to a certain height, it will be thrown down accordingto gravity. The crushed material is discharged out of the machine through thedischarge port with the help of the feed and the thrust of the flushing water,so as to complete the whole grinding process.
3. Equipment structure and characteristics:
Φ300x350 batch ball mill is mainly composed of transmission device,cylinder part, frame and so on. The main structural features are:
Cylinder: The steel plate material is not less than the provisions ofGB/T700 on Q235-B, and the thickness of the steel plate is 10mm.Circumferential splicing butt welding is not allowed for the steel plates ofend caps and stiffeners. The welding seam should be full, uniform and tidy, andthe surface quality of the welding seam should meet the requirements of Class Iin JC/T532.
Main bearing: The experimental ball mill is supported on two mainbearings through the main shaft. The main bearing not only bears the weight andimpact of the rotating part of the mill, the grinding body and the material,but also bears the effect of the torque when the mill rotates.
Spindle: The material of the spindle is 45# steel, which plays the roleof supporting the cylinder.
