Process Flow: 

Gold Ore Dressing Production Line Flow: rawgold ore -> crushing, screening -> conveying -> grinding and sizing-> flotation separation -> concentration (gravity separation or leachingand adsorption) –> dryer –> fine gold ore. 

1. Gold Ore Crushing, Screening andConveying

Crushing and conveying system is used to ingold ore processing plant. Primary crushing, tertiary crushing equipment likejaw crusher, cone crusher, VSI crusher is used to break the larger rocks downto a size suitable for transport on the conveyor.

Rubber belt conveyor transports the crushedgold ore and waste rock approximately to the grinding mill and waste disposalarea. Large electromagnets remove any steel debris excavated. Inclinedvibrating screen is used to sizing the crushed gold ore.

2. Gold Ore Grinding and Sizing

Grinding and size classification to reducethe ore down to a fine particle size.

Gold ore is stockpiled at the grinding millbefore being fed into a ball mill with lime, water and steel balls. The largerparticles from this mill are returned to the ball mill for more grinding. Thefiner particles receive more grinding in the ball mill, and sizes areclassified to give a final product of 80% <70 microns.

3. Gold Ore Concentration Plant forBeneficiation

Gold ore will be crushed to a coarse sizebefore the ore is sent to the treatment plant via a conveyor. At the treatmentplant, ground gold slurry and lime is crushed further and ground finely toslurry. The ore is initially processed by going through leaching and adsorptionprocess in the treatment plant.
