Application of drum screen in solid and hazardous waste ceramsite project

Project Overview

At the request of a well-known domestic building materials design institute, our company has designed and customized two drum screens. These screens are applied to raw material screening and finished ceramsite screening in the solid waste comprehensive utilization project, which is a 150,000-1ton/year high-performance lightweight aggregate ceramsite production line.

Design Highlights

1)In view of the physical characteristics of the material, such as viscosity and poor fluidity, a rapping and cleaning device is designed on the equipment body. This effectively avoids material blockage during operation and improves the equipment screening efficiency.

2)Manholes are arranged on both sides of the equipment, and a circular maintenance platform is set around it, which facilitates the later maintenance and repair of the equipment.

The appearance color of the equipment can be adjusted according to customer requirements and can be customized according to the color number.
