First, the adjustment method

Observe whether the relative position of the wheel belt and thesupport wheel is still in the middle position; the block wheel of thebricklaying machine is subjected to force and rotation. To adjust the supportwheel, adjust the centerline of the support roller according to the directionof rotation of the cylinder, and use a diagonal support roller in one directionat the same time to form a slight declination with the center line of thecylinder (usually not more than 0.5° to avoid grinding of the support roller. )generates a spiral upward thrust, which basically balances the upper and lowerjaw forces of the cylinder, allowing the cylinder to operate in a relativelystable position. That is, the wheels are free to reciprocate between the upperand lower gears.

Second, adjust the steps

When the cylinder moves downwards, tighten the adjustment bolt 2one turn, and loosen the bolt 1 one time (note that the number of tighteningmust be the same as the number of loose coils), and the cylinder will stopmoving downwards. If it moves upwards, then add liquid lubricant on the roller.At this time, the cylinder will stop moving upwards. If it still moves up,tighten the bolt 1 and loosen the bolt 2 to stop moving upwards. If it movesdown again, the lubricated sleeve on the roller should be cut off. If necessary,repeat the above method until it does not move.During the adjustment, prevent the rollers from skewing indifferent directions. In the adjustment process, in order to make the drumdryer cylinder up, it is best to pour some lubricant on the surface of theroller to increase the surface friction. Otherwise, to make the cylinder down,you can pour some thick grease, reduce surface friction. Adjust the supportingwheel to adjust 4 supporting wheels at the same time, and ensure that thecontact area between the wheel belt and the supporting wheel is not less than50%.

Third, the use of effects

Rotary drum dryer has been adjusted by supporting wheel, whichgreatly reduces the force of retaining wheel. SF type flotation machineincreases the bearing life of the carrier and retainer wheel, reduces theproduction cost and improves the production efficiency. At the same time, theprofiled wear of support rollers and belts (rolling rings) is reduced, and theservice life of the equipment is improved.
