2.Solution

According to the characteristics of different biomass waste and incineration process requirements, this type of rotary kiln has the characteristics of complete incineration, strong adaptability, high operation rate, low energy consumption, easy operation and maintenance

Working principle: The oily waste is fed into the kiln through the feed end. Since the cylinder body rotates slowly under the inclined state, the solid waste moves from the high end to the kiln head in the axial direction while rotating with the cylinder body; The fuel is sprayed into the kiln through the burner for combustion. After the biomass waste is dried, pyrolyzed, incinerated and cooled, the ash generated by incineration is unloaded from the discharge end.
