Vietnam grinding line project mainly provides the manufacturing and processing of ø1.2 × 2.4m dry grid ball mill, PPC32-3 pulse bag filter equipment, and provides technical services such as equipment design, manufacturing and subsequent installation guidance for this project.

Main Equipment Introduction of the project:

1. Dry grid ball mill

①The dry grid ball mill is mainly used for grinding NdFeB magnetic steel powder.

② It has many advantages such as high working efficiency, low operating cost, stable mechanical performance and stable transmission; It has high controllability, low product loss, easy replacement of wearing parts, low maintenance cost, etc.

③Equipped with bearing temperature measurement, safe and reliable.

④ Cylindrical sieve with beating function is installed at the outlet of ball mill, which saves linear vibrating screen and investment compared with traditional scheme.

⑤ Dust collector cover is added at the outlet of ball mill, which can greatly reduce dust.

2. Pulse bag filter

①Pulse bag filter has the advantages of various kinds of bag filter, such as comprehensive chamber back blowing, pulse blowing dust cleaning and so on, overcomes the disadvantages of chamber back blowing dust cleaning strength, pulse blowing needs and filtration simultaneously, and has the characteristics of chamber overall dust cleaning.

②Adopt large-sized pulse valve to clear ash, realizing full-automatic cleaning, high efficiency and safe and reliable operation.

③It has the characteristics of strong Ash cleaning ability, good effect and long service life.
