Kampala Cement Company OSEPA-N2000 project in Dubai

Project profile：

KAMPALA Cement Company is a factory specializing in the production of ordinary Portland cement.  The plant produces 720,000 tons of cement annually.  As the market demand increased, the customer wants to change the original process flow to increase production capacity.

Project description：

The customer wants to improve the production efficiency and cement quality by adding a separator to the original open-circuit cement powder grinding section and improving it to a closed-circuit process.  In the early stage, after detailed communication between our engineers and customers, we understood the detailed requirements of customers and selected O-sep separator N2000 for customers in combination with the models of existing equipment and site restrictions.  The detailed technical parameters of our O-sep separator N2000, equipment shape drawing and other data were provided to the customer. After comprehensive consideration and confirmation, the customer indicated that they were satisfied with the selection and recommendation of our engineer. Our O-sep separator N2000 can be well matched to all customer needs. 

Equipment parameter：

The outer diameter of the rotor of O-sep separator N2000 is 2400mm, the height is 1.3m, and the motor power is 110kW.  The feeding capacity is 360 tons per hour.  The output production capacity can reach 72 tons per hour.
