Project information

The client was coming fromEstonia, looking for laboratory scale ball mill for grinding sand for AAC(aerated autoclaved concrete) material development. Capacity:<20kg/. It willbe used for grinding sand for building material research project in cooperationwith Tartu University in Estonia.

Technical Solution

According to the simplelayout provided by the customer, some simple parameter requirements are given:production capacity, material particle size, etc. After calculation by theprocess engineer, NE30 and NE50 plate chain bucket elevators are recommended respectively,and the equipment engineer accordingly issued the basic outline structuredrawing to confirm with the customer the important dimension parameters, bucketvolume, buckets quantity, etc. on the general drawing. After confirming thedrawings and basic parameters, detailed technical and commercial quotations,equipment photos, factory videos, etc. were provided to the customer forreference and understanding.

Finally, the two partieswill sign the contract in early October 2021, and the goods will be deliveredsuccessfully in November 2021.Finally, the contract will be signed by bothparties in the beginning of October 2021 and the goods was already delivered inNovember of 2021.
