1. Project overview:

CITIC Yuanjun Environmental Protection (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is located in Huai'an city, Jiangsu Province. The production, processing and sales of ceramsite, ceramsite blocks and thermal insulation materials are its main businesses. In 2019, in order to expand the business scope of environmental protection and realize the requirement of harmless, resource-based and large-scale disposal of municipal and domestic water sludge, two new sludge ceramsite production lines were built, each of which produced 600,000 cubic meters of ceramsite per year. At the beginning of the project, the individual single-machine equipment of this plan was supplied by Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. But after the two parties had in-depth communication, they highly recognized the business technical level and equipment manufacturing capability of Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. Later, the key main equipment, such as granulator, shaper and roller sieve, were all supplied by Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. The two parties signed the purchase contract in October 2019 and completed the equipment installation in.

The single production line of the project produces 300,000 cubic meters of sludge ceramsite annually, and the annual production capacity of the project is 600,000 cubic meters, which well realizes the scale, harmlessness and recycling of sludge disposal.

2. Solution:

This ceramsite production line adopts the following solutions on the basis of traditional building ceramsite preparation to meet the technical needs of customers:

1) plug-in rotary kiln is adopted, and the diameter of roasting kiln is larger than that of drying kiln. This structural design has the characteristics of single control and convenient adjustment of the retention time of materials in the kiln, which improves the adaptability of the system to different material particle sizes and moisture, and stabilizes the product quality. Because the diameter of the front-end cylinder becomes larger, the burning space of the fuel in the roasting section increases, and the contact time between gas and materials is longer, which enhances the calcination ability of the roasting kiln in the front section.

2) use 4 opposite roller granulators to realize product granulation before entering the kiln. Due to the high production capacity and large scale of this production line, each production line is equipped with two roller granulators to achieve the goal of continuous production and even particle size. After the production, the ball forming rate of the equipment reaches more than 90% and the discharge is even, which fully meets the requirements of the particle rotary kiln on the size and shape of the ball.

3) the rear of the shaper is equipped with a screen, which can realize the separation of fine-grained materials from qualified materials before entering the kiln, so that qualified materials can be calcined in the kiln, and the fine-grained materials can be returned to the Pelletizing in advance, thus improving the qualified rate of the finished ceramsite, saving energy and reducing consumption.

4) the roller screen of this project is a large roller screening machine produced by our company, with an hourly capacity of 50-70 tons. In the production process, it can realize the screening and grading of the particle size of finished ceramsite from small to large, meeting the demands of warehousing, storage and transportation, and maximizing the benefits.
