Shandong Metallurgical Design and Research Institute India's 200-ton lime production line project per day

This project is a production line of 200 tons of lime per day, located in Isa, India, which is contracted by Shandong Metallurgical Design Institute Co., Ltd. Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. Provides services such as scheme design, equipment manufacturing, installation and technical guidance for this project. The contract was signed in December 2019 and put into trial operation in August 2022.

1. Project overview:

Shandong Metallurgical Design Institute Co., Ltd. is a company mainly engaged in professional technical services and contracted foreign engineering projects that are suitable for its strength, scale and performance. In the second half of 2019, after the general contracting of 200 tons of lime line project per day in Hasa, India, it is urgent to entrust a domestic enterprise with complete qualifications and rich technical experience to promote its implementation. Henan zhengkuang Machinery Co., Ltd. has more than 10 lime production lines with a daily output of 100-800 tons at home and abroad, and is renowned in the industry. After in-depth technical exchanges and negotiations in October, 2019, the technical strength and equipment manufacturing capability of Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. were quickly recognized by Shandong Metallurgical Design Institute. In December, 2019, the two sides formally signed the design and supply contract.

This project adopts mature technology, advanced vertical preheater, vertical cooler and lime rotary kiln system. The production line has the characteristics of environmental protection and energy saving, small floor space, high product activity, uniform and stable quality, low investment and high return, etc.

2. Solution:

1. The process design adopts the mature and advanced vertical preheater and vertical cooler of our company and the rotary kiln calcination scheme. The process flow is connected smoothly and the layout is compact, taking into account factors such as environmental protection and energy consumption.

2. The vertical preheater and the vertical cooler are the patented technical products of Henan zhengkuang machinery, which have the characteristics of high preheating efficiency of materials entering the kiln and high cooling efficiency of lime leaving the kiln. The product consumes bottom per unit, saves energy and saves the site area.

3. Lime has high activity, good whiteness, uniformity and stability.

4. The exhaust gas of the preheater at the end of the kiln adopts the machine-powered air cooler to greatly reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas into the dust collector. Meanwhile, the air outlet is installed at the entrance of the dust collector for emergency use to prevent the high-temperature gas from burning out the dust filter bag under abnormal conditions.

5. The kiln head adopts the integrated design and construction of vertical cooler and kiln head cover, which covers a small area and has good sealing performance, thus effectively avoiding the unorganized emission of heat and exhaust gas.

6. Environmental Protection dust collection is good, the emission concentration is less than 30mg/Nm3, and the dust collection adopts coated filter bag, with low resistance.

7. The automation level is high, and the adjustment, control and alarm of production system operation are controlled centrally in the main control room by PLC. There are few on-site operators and high labor efficiency.
