In July, 2021, a customer from Yichun, Heilong River ordered a cyclone dust remover equipped with star-shaped discharger from Henan Zheng Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. for talcum powder gas dust removal.

1. Project overview:

The cyclone dust collector ordered this time is used for dust removal of dust-containing gas in the process of talcum powder production and manufacturing. The hourly air volume of this equipment is 3460-5190 m³, and the dust removal efficiency is above 90%. Its design and manufacture are all completed by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.

2. Solution:

One cyclone dust collector is supplied this time to meet the customer's dust removal requirements. The equipment has the following characteristics:

1) According to the customer's production requirements, the parameters of import and export pressure, wind speed, inner cylinder length and outer cylinder diameter are reasonable, the pressure loss is small, and the dust removal efficiency is above 90%.

2) no moving parts, convenient management and maintenance. When dealing with the same air volume, it has small volume, simple structure and low price.

3) the dust collector has a wide application range, and is especially suitable for initial purification of high-temperature flue gas.
