Project description:

This project is the grinding system of the mixed materials of luanbai. The supply, installation and debugging of the project are all contracted by Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. After the equipment was sent to the site, our staff stayed at the site and actively followed up. The installation and debugging were successfully completed and put into production in 2019.

The on-site equipment is energy-saving and environment-friendly, meets the needs of customers, and has reasonable layout. Since the operation of the equipment, the failure rate is low, which has been well received by customers.

Main Equipment of the project:

1. Ф 2.4 × 7m ball mill, 2 sets

Usage and features of the equipment:

a. It is mainly used for grinding mixed materials of silicon White, ferrosilicon and fluorite powder.

B. It has many advantages such as high working efficiency, low operation cost, stable mechanical performance, uniform grinding, good product consistency, low product loss, easy replacement of vulnerable parts, low maintenance cost, etc.

c. The transmission is stable and equipped with temperature measuring and interlocking devices, which are safe and reliable.

2. TH bucket elevator

There are 6 TH400 hoists, 4 TH315 hoists and 4 TH250 hoists in this project. The usage and characteristics of the equipment are as follows:

a. Used for vertical conveying of raw materials such as white.

B. Features of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, good sealing performance, small floor area, long service life, strong universality of vulnerable parts, etc.

c. It runs smoothly and is equipped with temperature measuring and interlocking device, which is safe and reliable.
