First, install the vibration feeder

1. Vibrating Feeder Series The electric vibrators are suspended installations, in which the suspended hanger of the vibrator should be suspended vertically. In order to reduce the lateral swing of the feeder, the feed trough suspension boom should be opened 10° outwards arrangement. The four suspension trusses should be hung on a structure with sufficient stiffness. For large feeders to facilitate and replace the troughs, a moving carriage should be arranged.

2. Do not disassemble and install during installation. There should be a certain gap around the feeder after installation to make the feeder free.

Second, the daily maintenance of vibration feeder

1. If the vibrating feeder is used for batching and dosing, in order to ensure the uniform and stable feeding, prevent the material from flowing horizontally. If the material is continuously fed, it can be tilted down by 10°. For sticky materials and materials with large water content, they can be tilted by 15°.

2. After installation, the feeder should leave a 20mm floating gap, which should be horizontal, and the suspension device should be connected flexibly.

3. Before the empty test, all bolts should be fastened once, especially the vibration motor's anchor bolt, continuous operation for 3-5 hours, should be re-fastened once.

4. During the test run, the two vibrating motors must rotate in reverse.

5. During the operation, the stability of the amplitude, current, and noise should be checked frequently during the operation. If any abnormality is detected, it should be stopped in time.

6. The motor bearing should be filled with lubricant once every 2 months, and the lubricant should be added once a month in the hot season.
