Ⅰ. Product Uses and Features
PQ16 disc pelletizer is used to process zeolite powder into spherical particles. It features uniform particle size, adjustable tilt angle, low energy consumption, and easy operation and maintenance.
Ⅱ Working Principle
The motor drives the disc to rotate via belt drive, reducer, and large and small gears. Raw material powder, pre-mixed with water, is fed into the disc. As the disc rotates, the raw material powder gradually forms spherical particles through rolling within the disc. Once the predetermined diameter is reached, the particles are discharged from the disc and transported to the next process.
