1. Dry and wet conditions of the collection smoke classification

When the dust is dry, you can choose to usethe following dust removal equipment: gravity dust collector, inertia dustcollector, dry electrostatic precipitator, bag filter, or cyclone dustcollector.

When the dust appears slurry, you can chooseto use the following dust removal equipment: water film dust collector, foamfilter, the impact of dust collector, Venturi tube dust collector, or wetelectrostatic precipitator.

2. Dust efficiency classification

Low dust removal equipment (<60%): inertialdust collector, gravity precipitator, water bath precipitator

Medium Dust Removal Equipment (60-95%):Cyclone Dust Collector, Water Film Dust Collector, Self-excited Duster, SprayDuster

Good efficient dust removal equipment(>95%): electrostatic precipitator, bag filter, Venturi tube dust collector,air filter

3. Working status classification

According to the dust collector workingcondition in the dust removal system, the dust remover can also be divided intopositive pressure dust collector and negative pressure dust catcher two kinds.Then the temperature is divided into high and low temperature dust collectorand high temperature dust collector two categories. According to the size ofdust can also be divided into small dust collector, medium-sized precipitator,large dust collector and large dust collector.

4. Dust removal mechanism and differentfunction of dust

Based on "environmental protectionequipment classification and naming" (HJ / T 11-1996) method points, dustcollector is divided into the following seven types.

① gravity and inertial dust removal devices include: gravity settlingchamber, baffle-type dust collector.

③ wet dust removal devices include: spray-type precipitator, impulseprecipitator, water film dust collector, foam precipitator, ramp gate dustcollector, Venturi tube dust collector.

④ filter layer dust collector, including: particle layer dustcollector, porous material dust, paper filter, fiber-filled filter.

⑤ bag dust removal devices include: mechanical vibration dustcollector, electric vibration dust collector, sub-room backflush dustcollector, nozzle blowback dust collector, vibration dust collector, pulse jetdust collector.

⑥ electrostatic dust removal devices include: plate electrostaticprecipitator, tubular electrostatic precipitator, wet electrostaticprecipitator.

⑦ combined dust collector, including: In order to improve dustremoval efficiency, often "setting coarse dust removal device in theformer level ,  setting fine particledust removal device in the latter," the various types of seriescombination of dust removal device.

In addition, with the increasinglystringent air pollution control regulations, sometimes gas dust removal devicewill increase the function of flue gas desulfurization, derived from flue gasdesulfurization device.
