The customer is a UAE trading company, and his customer needs an experimental mill for use in the cement plant laboratory. The customer's raw material is cement clinker mixture, and each experiment needs to process about 25kg. According to the customer's needs, our engineer recommended a φ305×350mm lab ball mill. After many communications and confirmations, the customer finally chose to cooperate with us.

According to customer needs, our engineer recommend a φ305×350mm lab ball mill.

This laboratory mill is a center-driven, intermittent unloading type. When the cylinder rotates, the material is highly crushed due to the impact and grinding of the hard grinding media. When the machine is stopped, the ground material is discharged through the unloading mill door. The fineness of the finished product is determined by the grinding time and the ratio of the grinding body.

This mill has the characteristics of low investment, energy saving and power saving, novel structure, convenient operation, safe use, stable and reliable performance, etc. The ball mill is mainly composed of a base frame, a main bearing device, a cylinder, a transmission device and other components.
