1. Thin oil lubrication is superior togrease lubrication, which minimizes the friction coefficient of the bearing andsaves electricity.

2. The normal running temperature of thebearing is much lower than that of the dry oil lubricated bearing, whichprolongs the service life of the bearing.

3. The oil level is observed in the lowerseat of the bearing. The operator can see the oil level at any time, and canreplenish the oil in time to prevent poor lubrication due to lack of oil and avoidbearing damage accidents.

4. The oil content of the oil chamber ofthe bearing seat can be reduced by the external diameter of the rolling bearing(on the premise of ensuring sufficient strength and torque force for theinstallation of the feeding and discharging device), the flange of the hollowshaft and the inlet and outlet spiral barrel are provided with a flange, andThe inlet and outlet spiral barrel flanges are connected. On the end face ofthe hollow shaft which is thick and thin, a compression bearing inner ferruleflange is arranged to prevent the bearing from protruding axially.
