Second, the sand dryer bearing should pay attention to when cleaning

1. First of all, we must pay attention to whether the working conditions of various parts of the sand dryer are normal.

2. The plane of the chassis of the movable device should be removed from dust and other materials to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the chassis when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in serious accidents.

3. If there is impact sound during the operation of the transmission gear, stop it immediately and check it out.

4. Always check the parts that are easy to wear, and always pay attention to replace the worn parts.

5. If the oil temperature of the bearing rises, stop it immediately and remove it.

6. Check the equipment frequently to prevent the sand dryer from being installed loosely.

Third, the internal transformation of the dryer

It is also very important for the internal modification of the dryer. When renovating the internal structure of the dryer, it should be carried out according to the type of drying material and the matching dust collector. Usually, the internal transformation of the dryer can be divided into the following four types:

1. Remove the spiral conveying blade at the feeding end and change it into a triangular rib.

2. Renovate the feeding pipe angle, increase the angle as much as possible without affecting the feeding, and the upper end is not in contact with the drying machine retaining ring. At the same time, the part inside the cylinder should not be too long, and the blanking point is preferably 200mm away from the retaining ring.

3. The L-shaped lifting plate at the end of the machine can be welded at an angle of 30, 90 and 120.

4. The X-shaped lifting plate is arranged at the center of the cylinder to reduce the hot hole, prolong the material residence time and improve the heat exchange efficiency.
