This production base located in Hubei Province specializes in the manufacture of high-purity alpha alumina powder with an annual output of 30,000 tons. Its products are mainly applied in ceramic materials, refractory products and high-end chemical industries, meeting the demand for fine inorganic non-metallic materials from emerging domestic industries.

Process Advantages

The project adopts an advanced combined process of the Bayer process and sintering technology. Precise temperature-controlled crystallization and high-temperature calcination procedures guarantee the product features of high purity (≥99.5%), uniform particle size and excellent stability. Equipped with an intelligent control system, the production line realizes automatic feeding and real-time quality monitoring, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
