A South African customer inquired about 4 bucket elevators, which are used to transport magnetite and coal.

For the bucket elevator for conveying coal, considering its nature, the customer and our engineer repeatedly confirmed the material conditions, the front and rear equipment on the site, the conveying distance, etc., and confirmed that an explosion-proof door was added on the top, and the speed ratio was according to the customer's requirements. Configure the reducer, and determine the exact height of the equipment to ensure the connection and adaptation of the field equipment. After the technical details were met, the two parties finally reached a cooperation intention.


The equipment was ready for delivery on time in mid-April 2019, and the on-site installation and commissioning was completed in September 2019. The equipment was in good condition and the customer was very satisfied. They sent photos and videos of the on-site equipment and expressed their expectation of long-term cooperation.
