Project Solution

The equipment used in this project is a new type of environmentally friendly and energy-saving equipment developed by Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. actively researching and improving the process, and successfully integrating the metallurgical, chemical and building materials processes.

Process flow

Clay and auxiliary materials → breaking up and crushing → proportioning and measuring → mixing and stirring → aging → granulation → roasting → cooling → finished product classification and screening → stacking → transportation (packaging)

Introduction of main equipment in the project: Belt conveyor is an indispensable equipment for conveying raw materials and finished products in the project. It has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, high degree of mechanization, and simple maintenance and operation. It can be customized according to different conveying processes and working environments. Heat-resistant, cold-resistant, waterproof, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, flame-retardant and other equipment with special requirements are widely used in ceramsite production lines.
