I. Equipment Introduction

Phosphate gypsum powder is one of the solid wastes that need to be treated most in China. At present, the relatively mature treatment process is to make phosphate gypsum powder into particles of a certain specification first, and the equipment which is most suitable for phosphogypsum granulation is the preferred equipment after testing and the use verification of market users. This type of equipment has the characteristics of uniform ball particle size, adjustable inclination angle, low energy consumption, simple operation and maintenance, etc.

II. Working principle

The pulley and belt are driven by the main motor, and the pinion is driven by the reducer. The pinion and the pinion fixed at the bottom of the disc mesh with each other and work in the opposite direction. Through special and reasonable design, the big gear is installed on the main shaft fixed on the adjusting plate of the rack to support the work of the whole granulation plate (this machine is used together with the sprayer). After the materials enter the granulation plate, through the continuous rotation of the granulation plate and the spraying device, the materials are uniformly stuck together to create spherical particles. An automatic material cleaning device is designed in the middle and upper part of the pelletizing plate of the machine to prevent materials from sticking to the wall, thus greatly improving the service life of the machine. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, mass production can be realized to meet the needs of continuous work.

3. Equipment advantages
