We can provide a rotary drum dryer for many industrial drying application. We have been manufacturing and installing dryers for many years, and have the knowledge and experience required to provide a cost effective drying solution that not only works but works well.
Sludge rotary drum dryer is widely used to dry materials in industries like coal, sludge, mine, construction, chemical, ceramsite, etc. Thermocouples are installed in feeding and discharging units to control temperature. Temperature change of the dryer also can be indicated by the thermometer, which is convenient for temperature control inside the dryer ( it’s usually 250-350 ℃).
The operation parameters is under automatic control to ensure the best running condition and moisture stability of dry materials.
Iron dust and other impurities are cleaned and would not enter the following process.
Efficient flights combination would bring better process control , thermal distribution, and heat efficiency. The temperature of exhaust gas is lower than 50℃.
Customers could change the material flow rate and product moisture based on their needs.
